SYNOPSIS:  Complaint Affidavit – State Road 44 and Sugar Mill Drive –  A male fled from officers who attempted a traffic stop.  The male was later located involved in an accident in Lake Helen. He was transported to the hospital for injuries.  A complaint affidavit was filed.
