SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 920 E. 2nd Avenue.  The reporting person advised they located an abandoned bicycle in front of his house, which has been there for several days.  Officers were unable to locate the owner at this time and the bicycle was placed into evidence at the police department for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Suspicious Person – 401 Palmetto Street (Advent Health New Smyrna).  A female was located in the parking lot of the business acting strange and attempting to enter several different vehicles while concealing her fingerprints with a plastic bag.  Due to medical reasons the female was admitted into the hospital and a complaint affidavit was completed for loitering and prowling.
