SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 3019 King Palm Drive.  A 56 year old male, Harold Obrien, was placed under arrest for domestic battery by strangulation.  He was transported to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Intoxicated Person (Transient) – 600 Canal Street.  A female was taken into protective custody (Marchman Act), after she was observed crawling across the parking, unable to walk and had nowhere to go or anyone to take care of her.  The female was transported to Advent Health New Smyrna without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest (Transient) – 600 Canal Street.  Four (4) males were placed under arrest for trespass after warning.  Michael Hillard (68), Mark Cantley (54), James Hewitt (46), and Phillip Stafford (49) were transported to the jail without incident.
