SYNOPSIS: Missing Person – 1200 South Myrtle Avenue (NSB Middle School). A female juvenile did not return home from
school. The parent was having disciplinary
problems with the juvenile at home. The
juvenile was located by law enforcement, returned home and turned over to the
parent. Report was taken for
SYNOPSIS: Assault/Battery – 434 Luna Bella Lane
#414. Boyfriend assaulted his girlfriend
and fled the scene. The boyfriend could
not be located. Charges were filed with
the State Attorney’s Office.
SYNOPSIS: Felony Arrest (Warrant) – 1874 Sugar Tree
Circle. W/M (20) was taken into custody
for an active Volusia County warrant for battery on law enforcement
officer. He was transported to the
Volusia County Branch Jail with a $5000 bond.

firearm inside his residence. A report
