SYNOPSIS: Traffic Crash (Hit and Run) – S. Riverside Drive/Clinch Street.  A single vehicle struck a concrete barrier, moderate damage, no injuries, and the driver immediately left the scene.  Officers were able to locate a possible suspect and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Burglary (Construction Site) – 2842 Neverland Drive.  The reporting person advised an unknown person entered the residence that is currently under construction and stole copper wire.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 2450 S.R. 44.  The reporting person advised an unknown person stole a battery from a piece of heavy construction equipment sometime during the night.  Ongoing investigation.

Riverside Drive.  The reporting person advised she located a kayak floating in the water in front of her house.  Officers were unable to locate the owner and the kayak was placed into evidence at the police department for safekeeping.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 709 3rd Avenue (Publix).  The reporting person advised an employee found money inside the store.  The officer was unable to locate the owner and the money was placed into evidence for safekeeping.
