responded for a male attempting to fight the employee and customers in the
business. After an investigation,
Kenneth Kleps, male, 67 years old, was placed under arrest for Assault and
Disorderly Conduct. He was taken to the
jail without incident.

paraphernalia. An owner could not be
determined and it was taken for destruction.

After an investigation, Christopher Nolan, male, 24 years old, was
placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Violation of Probation and
Possession of Cocaine. He was taken to
the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS: Felony Arrest – 400 Block Flagler Av. – Officers made contact
with an intoxicated male attempting to cause fights then attempted to run from
officers. After the male was
apprehended, he kicked an officer in the leg.
Daniel Gilmore, male, 31 years old, was placed under arrest for
Disorderly Intoxication, Resisting an Officer without Violence and Battery on a
Law Enforcement Officer. He was taken to
the jail without incident.
