stated that a known male battered her.
After an investigation, Kenneth Cason, male, 21 years old, was placed

victim stated that her vehicle was keyed last Friday. Information was collected and a report was

SYNOPSIS: Felony Arrest – 611 Glendevon Dr. – Officers responded
for a suspicious male looking in to vehicles.
Contact was made with the male and after an investigation, Richard
Frain, male, 32 years old, was placed under arrest for Loitering and
Prowling. He was also found to be on
probation for Dealing in Stolen Property.
His probation was violated for the new offense.
