SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 179 N. Causeway (Gerry’s Marina).  The victim advised an unknown person stole several items from his unsecured boat sometime during the weekend.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 551 Esther Street (Esther Park).  A male confessed to a crime that he committed in the park.  After further investigation, there was no victim, or evidence to indicate a crime occurred and a report was taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Information – 246 Industrial Park Avenue (New Smyrna Beach Police Department).  Report taken to document the emptying of the prescription drug drop-off box located in the lobby of the police department.
