SYNOPSIS:   Domestic Disturbance – 2500 SR 44 (Beacon Apartments) – A male and female were involved in a verbal disturbance that never became physical.  A report was created to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Assist Agency – 1200 S Myrtle Av (NSB Middle School) – While investigating a separate call for service, the officer was informed of a crime that occurred in the unincorporated area of New Smyrna Beach.  The Volusia Sheriffs Office was notified and a report was completed to document our involvement.

SYNOPSIS:  Assist Agency – 246 Industrial Park Av (NSBPD) – A female advised a known male violated a no contact order while she was in Orange County.  During the course of the investigation, it was determined no crime had occurred in New Smyrna Beach.  A report was created to document the incident and be forwarded to Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
