SYNOPSIS: Information – 716 Pine Shores Cir. New Smyrna Beach Fire/Rescue members requested a report to document multiple encounters with a female who they believe needs assistance. The Department of Children and Families was notified.

SYNOPSIS:  Mentally Ill Person – 1800 Block S.R. 44 – Officers responded for a male who was acting erratic in a parking lot.  After an investigation, the male in question was taken in to protective custody under Baker Act Criteria.  He was transported to Halifax Hospital without incident. A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 143 Canal St. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.

SYNOPSIS: Vehicle Accident – 200 Boatyard St. (Outriggers) – Single vehicle backed in to a fence.  The driver fled the scene prior to police arrival.  No injuries, minor damages.
