SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – E. 7th Ave. / Saxon Dr. B/F Ramona Jones-Ely (47) was taken into custody for fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement officers. B/M Robert Ely (43) was taken into custody for multiple active warrants out Orange and Volusia County.  The warrants were for fleeing attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, felony theft, giving false name, and driving while license suspended. They were both transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail.
