SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 1811 State Road 44 (TD Bank) – Officers responded for a fight.  The investigation revealed a verbal altercation occurred between boyfriend and girlfriend.  Report completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:   Misdemeanor Arrest (DUI) – North Dixie Freeway/Red Road - Officers responded for a traffic crash.  The investigation resulted in the arrest of Robert Miracle, male, 48yoa for DUI.  Miracle was later transported to the jail.

SYNOPSIS:   City Ordinance Violation – 429 3rd Avenue (Outback Plaza) – Officers responded for a report of a suspicious vehicle.  The investigation revealed an abandoned vehicle parked behind the shopping center.  A 10-day notice was posted.  Report completed to document the incident.

TIME OCCURRED:  1923 

SYNOPSIS:  Overdose – 2630 Belmont Avenue – Officers responded for a CPR in progress.  The investigation revealed a male had overdosed on narcotics.  The male was administered Narcan by an officer and regained consciousness.  The male was transported to Advent Health by ambulance for further treatment.  Report completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS: Trespasser – 1001 S. Dixie Frwy. (New Smyrna Beach Regional Library) W/M (Transient) was issued a trespass warning from the library at the request of an employee after the male caused a disturbance.

SYNOPSIS: Battery – 2359 SR 44 (Home Depot). The victim was struck in the face by an unidentified male. The victim did not wish to pursue criminal charges at this time.

SYNOPSIS: Information – 2100 N Peninsula Ave. #113.  The victim originally advised that his golf cart had been stolen, but the investigation determined a local business had moved the golf cart by accident.  The golf cart was returned to the victim and the incident was determined to be non-criminal in nature.
