Barry, a 44 year old male was arrested for Battery by Strangulation and later transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespasser – 101 Hester Ave. (New Smyrna Bible Chapel) – A male reported an unwanted male on the property and requested he be trespassed. Officers issued the transient male a trespass warning. The report was completed to document the incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest – 301 Flagler Ave. (Clancy’s Cantina) – Officers were flagged down in reference to a disturbance.  While conducting the investigation one of the males involved resisted and battered an officer.  William C. Mason, a 33 year old male was arrested for Domestic Battery and Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer.  He was transported to jail.  The officer did not sustain an injury as a result of the battery.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – 3531 Romea Cir. – Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance between a male and a female.  The investigation revealed the female battered the male.  Alexis G. Adams, a 25 year old female was arrested for Battery and transported to jail.

SYNOPSIS:   Dead Person – 800 Block of Palmetto Street – Officers responded to an unresponsive 8 month old child not breathing. The patient was transported to the hospital but later pronounced deceased. The investigation is still on going.
