SYNOPSIS:  Felony Arrest (Grand Theft) – 323 Flagler Avenue (Citgo). Officers responded for a report of a suspicious person. After an investigation, 37 year old female, Autumn Vickery, was arrested for Grand Theft, Resisting a Law Enforcement Officer without Violence, and Providing False Identification. She was transported to the Branch Jail.
