"Permit Inquiry"           Provides the history and specifics on a permit.  Includes
                                  address, fees, contractor and inspection information.

"Parcel Inquiry"           Provides information associated with a parcel of land in the
                                  City of New Smyrna Beach, such as address, owner, land
                                  use, building type and legal description.

"On-Line Permits"        Applicants will be able to apply for permits, pay fees and pull permits.

"On-Line Plan Review"  Applicants will be able to submit plans for plan review

"Inspection Request"   Provides contractors with the ability to request inspections
                                  on-line.

"Business Tax"            Applicants will be able to renew their Business Tax License.

"Contact Us"               Ask Building and Code Enforcement about permits and
                                  projects.  Response time is typically within 48 hours
                                 (working days).
