The mission of the New Smyrna Beach City Commission is strongly weighted to both address infrastructure and public service needs.  This series of carefully planned projects encompasses multiple funding sources, including environmental grants from the Federal, State, and County levels of government, as well as the Federal Aviation Authority Grants, Community Development Block Grants, and local funding sources such as the Community Redevelopment Agency, Stormwater Utility, and General Fund Revenues.
