Board of Adjustment
Overview
The Board is composed of seven members who must be residents of the City. No member may serve more than two consecutive terms unless waived by the City Commission. The Board of Adjustment members serve two-year terms.
Responsibilities
The Board hears and decides upon appeals for variances from the requirements of the Land Development Regulations and applications for special exceptions.

- Third Thursday of each month
- City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 210 Sams Avenue
