Streets Division
The Streets Division is responsible for street maintenance and repair, mowing and trimming along the roadways, clearing fallen tree debris on roads, pot hole and asphalt repairs, shell road grading, street sweeping and maintenance of storm water drains and facilities throughout the city.
Building
and Maintenance
Building and Maintenance is responsible for the inside and outside maintenance of all city owned buildings. This division also makes traffic control devises, such as stop signs, street signs and lane striping.
Sanitation
Refuse service is provided by Waste Pro, Inc. Household garbage that is placed at the curb in cans or garbage bags is picked up on scheduled days for each area of the city. Yard trash is collected city wide once a week on Wednesday and special pick-ups for large items is also available.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO GARBAGE PICK-UP on the Holidays of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. However, the Recyling company will be running their scheduled routes on each of the holidays.
