On February 20, 2018 the City of New Smyrna Beach continues the citizen-led engagement of Coastal Community Resiliency (CCR) monthly workshops.  Environment and cultural resources are the headline for the 6:00 p.m. workshop at the Brannon Civic Center, 105 S. Riverside Drive, New Smyrna Beach.

The subject matter experts scheduled to address and work with citizens for the workshop are; Frank Marshall, PhD, P.E. of Marshall Engineering and Cetacean Logic Foundation, David Hamstra, P.E., CFM of Pegasus Engineering and Ken Hardin, M.A. of Janus Research.

The environmental conversation and working groups will focus on topics noted as priorities at the first CCR meeting in January.  Early feedback indicates “environment” and “growth and development” are what the participants valued most. See the results from the January meeting on the City of New Smyrna Beach website at: http://www.cityofnsb.com/1186/Resources

February 20, 2018 is the second in the series of monthly engagements for the Coastal Community Resiliency (CCR) program.
