Cindy Robinson teaches this class designed to promote balance of body, mind and breathing. Cindy has practiced yoga for 20 years. She is a certified in Integral Yoga and has a RYT certification. She teaches a flow-style Hatha yoga that coordinates movement with breathing. Yoga aims for a balance in life "to be easeful, peaceful and useful." Its benefits are increased strength, health and flexibility of the body, improved concentration and balance of the mind and emotions, and induce a general sense of well-being. Please bring a non-stick mat to use in class.
